Express Delivery available

Allisons Home and Garden will issue a refund for any defective returned product, providing we are notified within 7 days of the delivery date that you wish to return the goods with proof of damage. This is subject to the following conditions:

• The product(s) must be returned to us unused and as new, in saleable condition, and in the original product packaging.

• The customer is responsible for the cost and arranging the return of the goods. At our discretion, we may be able to arrange a collection for you with our current distribution network where applicable. The cost of this to be discussed with our office. The price may vary depending on postcode, with more remote and distant areas tending to cost more for a collection.

• The goods must be on the pallet exactly the same as how it was delivered, so the driver can load via a pump truck onto the vehicle.

• The customer is responsible for the goods until they are in our possession and have been deemed as accepted.

• Only full packs or unopened accessories can be returned.

• Our delivery is currently estimated at up to 5 working days. Please contact our office if to check our stock levels should you need a faster service.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

• Replacement goods can take (damages) up to an estimated  15 working days to arrive. We recommend you order 10% extra for breakages, cuts & corners.

• Collections are available from our yard in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
